TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Both Parties in any transaction have responsibilities. You, the buyer to buy and then pay for the item(s), and we, the seller, to send you the goods following receipt of cleared funds in respect of payment thereof.
Should you find the item(s) to be faulty or damaged in any way, we will, of course, upon return of the item(s), either refund you the cost of the item(s), or, replace it (them) free of any additional charges payable to ourselves.
Furthermore, if you can show that the item description and/or picture has led you to believe that what you thought you were buying is different from the item we send you, then, yet again, upon receipt of that item (in the condition in which it left us), we will refund you its cost plus any postage you may have incurred in returning it to us.
Caveat emptor – if you have any doubts, please contact us first. We have no desire to send out item(s) that you do not really want, but we do love to have satisfied customers!
Wherever possible, we will send out items by First Class post and we always obtain Proof of Posting. We reserve the right to upgrade any postal service offered at our cost.
We adhere to and abide by all the ‘Distant Selling Regulations (please visit www.dti.gov.uk/ccp/topics1/fats/distancesell.htm for more information).

Incidentally, ALL our prices are shown INCLUSIVE of any VAT, i.e., the price you see is the price you pay, save that,there will be ‘postage and packing charges’. Please note that we are not currently VAT-registered.
Returns only accepted if notified by email within 3 days of receipt and will need to be given a returns number prior to sending back, this will be emailed to you to enable the return to be dealt with quickly upon receipt. Please make sure you return the item by trackable means as we cannot be responsible should the item not arrive at our place of business.
